About Shipping

1. Shipping Method

We ship all orders via Japan Post (Letter Pack Plus). ※ Shipping is available within Japan only. We do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of ¥600 (tax included) applies to all orders.

※ Free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 (tax included) or more.

3. Production, Dispatch, and Delivery Estimates

  • Production estimate: about 1 week
  • After dispatch (in-transit) estimate: about 1 week
  • Total estimate: about 2 weeks

※ The 5–7 business days refers to the post-production dispatch-prep and shipping process.

※ Business days are weekdays (Monday–Friday). Weekends, public holidays, year-end/New Year holidays, and our scheduled holidays are not included. ※ During peak periods or depending on production schedules, dispatch may be delayed. We will notify you separately in such cases.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time after dispatch varies depending on the destination region and shipping conditions.

※ Deliveries may be delayed due to adverse weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately when placing your order. You may update your shipping address from the order details page before payment is completed.

In the following cases, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Items returned due to extended absence
  • Refusal to accept delivery

6. Shipment Tracking

We will notify you by dispatch confirmation email when your order has been shipped. If shipped via a trackable method, we will include the tracking number. You can check delivery status through Japan Post's tracking service.

7. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
