【Care Instructions】 Please do not machine wash, wet wash, or fully submerge in water. For any soiled areas, gently wipe with a soft cloth wrung out firmly. Please do not pull hard on the joints or limbs, and smooth the fur gently with your fingertips or a soft brush.

Production starts after your welcome reservation is confirmed. Estimated timing: about 1 week for production, about 1 week after dispatch (in transit), and about 2 weeks total (also shown in your welcome list and review step). Note: "5–7 business days" refers to post-production dispatch preparation and shipping. Shipped via Japan Post (Letter Pack Plus), Japan domestic only. Flat ¥600 shipping (tax incl.), free on orders over ¥10,000.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in resalable condition only. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for customer-initiated returns. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
All our products are handmade. Each item is crafted by hand, so slight variations in color, expression, and shape are natural. These are characteristics of handmade items and do not constitute defects. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.
